Anvesco

Terms of use

Draft โ€” to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

What it is

Anvesco's web page compares two revisions of a drawing and lists the differences it finds, to help an engineer check the revision. It is free to use.

It helps you check โ€” it does not check for you

Results can be incomplete or wrong: a change can be missed, a difference can be reported that does not matter, and a real change can be listed as a layout-only move. Always review the drawings yourself. You remain responsible for the drawings you check, approve or issue. Anvesco is not a substitute for professional engineering judgement or your organisation's checking procedures.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the page is provided "as is", without other warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Your drawings

Your drawings stay yours and stay on your computer โ€” see Privacy.

Fair use

Do not copy, resell or re-host the Anvesco page or its checker, or try to disrupt the website. Open-source components keep their own licences (listed in the desktop app's About box).
